Bishop Blakley has helped start and found six apostolic churches.

Bishop Blakley served as Pastor & Chairman of First Pentecostal Church of Guy INC for 24 years; he currently serves as Bishop & Chairman of the First Pentecostal Church of Guy INC. 

Along with serving at FPC, Bishop Blakley has served on the Board of Directors for 10 different churches.

Recently, Bishop Blakley has acted on a vision to start 2 new branch works: Greater Life of Fairfield Bay and LifeChange Pentecostal Church in Conway.
